How do you check the quality of your advice?
We explain the evidence and trade-offs behind our recommendations. We review programme fit, full cost and recruitment timing, check current requirements against official sources and use relevant first-hand conversations where available. Technology helps organise the comparisons and test realistic scenarios. Human review checks the assumptions and explains where deeper profile-specific research is needed. You receive an agreed scope and clear next actions. Rankings and editorial descriptions are starting points, not predictions of your outcome.
How does the Quadrant Assurance Plan scholarship work?
The Quadrant Assurance Plan offers a scholarship equal to 80% of the Assurance Plan advisory fee once the student is enrolled at university, as Quadrant’s gesture of gratitude. It is funded by Quadrant, not the university, and is not an 80% tuition scholarship. The plan applies only to a confirmed set of eligible universities. University eligibility, enrolment evidence, payment timing and the written plan terms are confirmed before you join.
What happens in the complimentary 20-minute call?
The founder-led call covers your stage, destination or shortlist, budget and immediate decision. We identify the main trade-offs and explain where Quadrant could help. You can ask about scope and fees before making a commitment. There is no obligation to purchase a plan.
How does Assurance differ from the Complete Mandate?
Assurance is a ₹35,000 admissions and visa-preparation plan for a confirmed set of eligible universities, with an 80% advisory-fee scholarship after confirmed enrolment under its written terms. The Complete Mandate is listed at ₹1,35,000 and brings the broader education, career preparation, Access and arrival journey into one agreed scope. Living booking support remains subject to launch and availability. The ₹5,000 Decision Session focuses on one important choice. Application numbers, revisions, timing and responsibilities are confirmed before you pay.
Is studying abroad still worth it for Indian students?
It can be when the programme develops useful capability and you can fund both the intended outcome and a difficult one. Define the role or learning goal, compare a real alternative in India, and test a delayed job search. A country-wide answer cannot settle an individual commitment. Bring programme-level evidence and a return-to-India plan into the decision.
How do I compare two university offers?
Put conditions, tuition after confirmed awards, full living costs and payment deadlines beside programme and career evidence. Record what remains unknown and when a deposit becomes non-refundable. The better offer is the stronger complete route for your situation. It may differ from the institution with the more familiar name.
What should I ask current students or alumni?
Ask about the actual teaching, project access, workload, career process and costs they experienced. Seek people with a similar starting profile and distinguish their cohort from the one you will enter. Ask what disappointed them and what they would choose differently. One conversation is a perspective to test against other evidence, not a forecast.
Can ChatGPT write my statement of purpose?
Follow the exact institution’s AI policy. Some permitted assistance may be limited to research, formatting or language checks, while generated application text may be prohibited. Your evidence and reasoning must remain authentic. Oxford’s graduate guidance is one explicit example of restrictive authorship rules. Never assume another university follows the same policy.
What is the real total cost of studying abroad?
Include tuition after confirmed awards, the full stay’s living costs, travel, mandatory charges and a funded transition or job-search reserve. Show financing costs and lost earnings separately. Keep a dated native-currency budget. Avoid double-counting deposits or loan principal while still recording the money needed upfront. Tuition alone is an incomplete decision budget.
When should I start applying for jobs during my master’s?
Start market research and preparation before arrival, then follow each employer’s actual calendar. Structured graduate programmes can recruit well before graduation, while direct hires may follow different timing. Build separate tracks for graduate schemes, internships and experienced roles. Waiting until coursework is finished can mean missing opportunities you could have prepared for earlier.
How do I choose a study abroad consultant?
Ask for the reasoning behind a shortlist, the commercial disclosures and a written scope. Check who owns delivery and how the provider handles an option outside its usual relationships. Compare sample work, not only logos or testimonials. A useful adviser can explain when waiting, applying independently or choosing a cheaper route may be sensible.
How do free study abroad consultants make money?
Some are funded by universities through recruitment commissions, while others combine student fees or related referral income. Ask about the actual arrangement and the options covered. The British Council explains commission-funded support in its UK agent guide. The absence of a student fee does not itself establish poor quality or impartiality.
A guide can explain the trade-offs. Your own circumstances shape the right answer.
