Terms

The Quadrant Network provides private advisory, decision support, career preparation and carefully matched access. A specific engagement begins only when scope, responsibilities, fees and terms are agreed in writing.

Fees and scope

Website prices are the listed advisory fees for the stated plans, excluding applicable taxes and third-party costs. Bespoke work is quoted separately; the written scope confirms the final fee before you pay. The written engagement confirms the final scope, fee, payment stages, cancellation terms and each party’s responsibilities before paid work begins.

Quadrant Assurance Plan

The Assurance Plan offers a scholarship equal to 80% of its advisory fee after confirmed university enrolment, as Quadrant’s gesture of gratitude. This benefit is funded by Quadrant and is separate from university tuition scholarships. Enrolment evidence, eligibility, payment timing and the agreed advisory scope are confirmed in writing before engagement.

Quadrant Living

Accommodation availability, pricing, contracts and provider policies can change. Any booking contract is made directly with the accommodation provider or its authorised booking platform. Quadrant may receive a referral payment where disclosed, but this does not change the student’s fee or determine our recommendation.

IELTS benefit

The ₹500 IELTS benefit is a Quadrant campaign benefit, not a discount issued by an IELTS owner or test centre. Eligibility, verification, claim timing and payment method are confirmed in writing before booking. It cannot be combined with another Quadrant IELTS campaign unless expressly agreed.

Student ownership

The student remains responsible for the accuracy and authorship of applications, compliance with institutional rules and final decisions.

Independent judgement

Recommendations are advisory. Universities, employers, accommodation providers, test operators and public authorities make their own decisions and may change policies without notice. Quadrant does not guarantee admission, a visa, scholarship, employment, accommodation availability or an introduction through Quadrant Access.

Your engagement agreement

Before you commit to a paid service, your written agreement identifies the contracting party and sets out payment, cancellation and dispute terms. Please review that agreement alongside these website terms.
