No permission should be assumed automatic. Eligible Level 9 or higher graduates receive 12 months initially and may obtain a further 12 months subject to renewal conditions and overall limits. Check the award, your status and application requirements with official guidance. A course being marketed as a master’s is not the complete eligibility assessment.
